Baltimore City's revisions to its Fair Student Funding Model have deep and significant flaws. On Tuesday January 23rd, the School Board will vote on the district's proposal. Passing the district's proposal would further starve schools and doubles down on ten-years of poor implementation of a policy. The new formula puts schools at risk to lose staff, programs and services.
